Our Banqueting Facilities

The Manchester Room

This grand ballroom, situated on the first floor, is an ideal venue for your special occasion, catering for 40 people up to 100 people for a sit down meal, and up to 150 for an evening buffet style function. The room also has an adjoining private bar which can be available free of charge for functions of 50 people or more. A charge of £50.00 will be charged for the bar if numbers are less than 50 people.

The Cromwell Room

This room is situated on the ground floor, and is suitable for smaller weddings of up to 40 people.

Room hire charges may apply depending on individual requirements

Disco

We can provide our resident DJ - Richard of Timewave Disco at a charge of £220.00 which is payable direct to Richard

Provisional Bookings

We can hold a provisional booking for up to one month. Should we receive an enquiry within that month for the same date, we would call you first to give you the opportunity to make a decision

Confirmation

Once you have confirmed your booking, we require written confirmation together with a deposit of £400.00, which is non-refundable on cancellation. The full balance is due one month prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

The Hotel requires two month's notice should you wish to cancel your function. If less than two month's notice is received, 50% of the total bill will be required as a cancellation charge.
